Objective

The primary goal of this milestone was to prepare infrastructure necessary to launch the workshop and ensure a smooth onboarding process for participants. This includes developing a workshop curriculum overview, creating promotional materials, and establishing the communication platform.

Promotional Efforts: A variety of promotional assets were created to maximize outreach:
- Online registration forms published and actively promoted.
- Social media campaigns on X (Twitter).
Communication Platform Setup & Onboarding: While the initial plan was to use Discord, feedback from early participants indicated limited Discord usage or familiarity. To maximize inclusivity and ease of communication, the team transitioned to a WhatsApp group as the primary communication channel. Key points:
- The WhatsApp group serves as the main hub for announcements, Q&A, and peer support.
